Shipping

My prints are produced and shipped by Printful (the printing company that I use), and all other items are shipped from my home studio, in Minnesota.

 

Packaging

If shipped from me, packaging materials will most likely be recycled or eco-friendly whenever possible.

Prints from Printful will most likely arrive in a tube mailer.

Shipping Times

If shipped from me, please allow 1-3 business days for me to package and ship your order.

For items that are shipped by Printful, they are an international company, so they have very cheap shipping prices no matter where you live in the world. Shipping time varies for them, so you can see their estimate when you go to check out.

Shipping Service

All orders from my home studio ship through USPS.

I’m not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once they are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Kindly ensure that you arrange for your packages to be delivered to a secure address or location. This precaution is particularly crucial during holiday seasons. Should your package go missing after delivery, I will make every effort to assist you in locating it. However, I recommend reaching out to your mail carrier and/or local post office for the most effective resolution.

Returns

Overview

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
